There's a park in Montreal where D&D players gather on Sunday afternoons and wail on each other with duct tape weapons. Some costume elaborately. This weekend the medieval games were interrupted by a group of hipster zombies.
It's not clear whether the D&Ders were good sports and enjoyed the unexpected battle, or if they were pissed that their geekery was interrupted. Looks like it was a huge group. There are more pictures at this flickr gallery.

I did this kind of thing once. Unable to be a part of the actual battles, I went into the sword-making business. I gave it up though, when things got too rough.
