The whole site is devoted to actors who were considered for roles in movies but for some reason it didn't work out. Some real jaw droppers here. The link goes to the top 25 as voted by people who check out the site. A few of my favorites:

Johnny Depp turning down the role of Lestat in Interview with the Vampire
Tom Selleck originally pursued for Indiana Jones, but was too tied up with Magnum P.I.
and O.J. Simpson passed over for The Terminator because producers didn't think he'd be taken seriously.
Search by movie or actor. I bet the Pirate's of the Carribean franchise wouldn't have worked with Jim Carrey or Michael Keaton as Capt. Jack Sparrow.
