The thief must have forgotten his appointment, because when he remembered he was "half-way cracked up." So he jacks a nice Mercedes to arrive in style. Unfortunately for him, it's got a gps in it that the Mercedes folks can track and they tracked him right to the courthouse. They still had to tase (taze?) him. And, an onlooker went into labor at the same time.
